rEvolution is searching for an inspiring, enthusiastic Senior Art Director to craft polished, thoughtful, compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will concept, design, style, and execute creative solutions; build and propel existing and new client work; and mentor junior staff in both style and technique.

You Will:

• Partner within the Creative Strategy department to concept, design, refine, and execute ideas
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Thoroughly absorb the brand guidelines of your clients to become the master of brand style and adherence
• Develop and present creative ideation and designs to both internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior members of the department to elevate their thinking and skills while leading by example
• Push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation

You Have

• 4 years of experience working full-time at a creative marketing agency
• An impressive history working as an Art Director
• Portfolio of produced creative work
• Excellent conceptual vision and a compelling design style / POV
• Fresh, original ideas
• Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism
• Expert skills across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands
